Just because you indulged a little bit this holiday DOES NOT mean that you should throw away your efforts to get healthy! You might feel like your progress has been lost, but that is all in your head. Now is the BEST time to get back into your routine, get a good sweat going, and DRINK WATER UNTIL YOU DIE!!!!!
